Leonard T Roe - his work on offshore rig drilling slides and presentation

I flew to Heathrow airport 2004 to meet up Len and did an interview on his work experience and background after I read some of his web info on drilling notes, he shared with me his slides and presentations on rig drilling related and was quite informative for newbie me with limited knowledge on  oilwell drilling and well control activities. After few rounds of management review and final approval, Len joined our company. His job info as he posted in Linkedin below which I tried connecting but to no avail.

Len Roe - Rig Superintendent

From November 2004 until November 2010 (6 - one year contracts) held the position of consulting Principal Engineer Drilling to KeppelFELs rig construction company in Singapore in order to establish a drilling team and too support the engineering, production, and commissioning departments of the company in their design, function and commissioning procedures by providing a hands on approach to the drilling rig and its functions,

Position involve the over viewing of the planning and designing of the rig floor and associated drilling components, and the systems associated with the technology of the new builds,

Much of the onsite involvements included, rig inspections during the construction phase, function testing installed equipment, and commissioning,

Offsite involvement included, sitting in on meeting with customers, checking and suggesting the rearrangement of drawings and layouts, writing seminars and lectures for both management and engineers as and when needed. Such seminars were run in Singapore, Abu-Dubai, and India. And would often include both Keppelfels personal and many of their customers

During my time with keppelfels I was involved and supported every new builds built between 2004 an 2010 and was heavily involve in the planning of many that were under construction to be released in the years up until 2012, such rigs would include the: N series, Supper "B" jack ups "B" Jack ups, Super "A" Jack ups Semisubmersible drilling tender (SSDT) and Semisubmersible drilling rigs
